You must provide accurate information and have legal authority to enter into agreements when using our services.
Bookings are confirmed only after the required payments or deposits are received. A 50% non-refundable advance payment must be made before any customization or design work begins.
Memory Tales reserves the right to pause, delay, or refuse work for incomplete or delayed payments. Prices may vary depending on customization requirements, additional features, or special requests.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review all drafts and previews before approval. Clients are responsible for verifying:
Once final approval is provided, Memory Tales is not responsible for errors approved by the client.
Digital Invitations — Digital invitations remain active for 2 months unless an extended preservation package is purchased.
Memory Walls — Memory walls remain accessible for 2 years unless an extended preservation package is purchased.
Long-Term Preservation — Extended or permanent preservation options may be available at additional cost and are subject to ongoing service availability and technical feasibility.
Clients and guests retain ownership of uploaded content. By submitting content, users grant Memory Tales permission to host, display, process, and store the content as required to provide services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Users may not upload or share content that:
Memory Tales may remove content or suspend services at its discretion.
All Memory Tales branding, website content, templates, animations, layouts, and design systems remain the intellectual property of Memory Tales unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their personal media and uploaded materials.
Memory Tales may display selected work in portfolios, advertisements, or social media unless the client requests otherwise. Clients may opt out by contacting us before or during project delivery.
Our services rely on internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and third-party platforms. Memory Tales does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for downtime caused by external providers or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memory Tales shall not be liable for:

Memory Tales reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if users violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, upload prohibited content, or fail to complete payments.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
