At Memory Tales, each service is customized specifically for every couple and event. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and revisions are handled.

Our services are customized, digital, creative, and time-based. Work often begins immediately after booking confirmation and content collection.

Digital Invitations — Invitation hosting remains active for 2 months unless an extended preservation plan is purchased.

Clients should report technical or delivery issues within a reasonable timeframe after discovery. Memory Tales will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical problems.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services while the matter is investigated.
